Congrats to Mr. and Mrs. Tyler Williams! Beautiful wedding in Albany, Ga.

There are many things I can say about this wedding, but I will start from the beginning. The weather was beautiful, with clear skies and a nice breeze coming off the river, it was the perfect day for a wedding. As the bride walked down the aisle you could see all over the groom’s face on the excitement and how happy he was. The bride had a huge smile on her face, and they were just staring at each other. You could feel the love this couple has for one another.

After the ceremony, we moved inside the building which was beautifully decorated. While the Bride and Groom took pictures with the family I started with an upbeat tempo wedding mix to entertain the guest. Mike Hayes that catered for the wedding, made an amazing taco bar. The guest started eating while the pictures finished up. Mrs. Tammy Taylor the wedding coordinator kept me in the loop of everything that was going on. If you have ever been a DJ at a wedding you know how important this is. Once the Bride and Groom entered the reception we went right onto the first dances after introductions.

I kept the upbeat tempo the whole time while the guest was eating and after the first dances. Once it was time to get into my set for the wedding I started out with a classic dance song that gets people on the dance floor. Normally after 2 or 3 songs the dance floor will thin out a little bit, but not this wedding they stayed wanting to turn up. The set I had planned you might as well have thrown out the window. As I watched the crowd I figured out quickly that this was going to be an epic wedding.

Just a guess but the Bride and Groom had about 150 people attend their wedding. They had me booked for 5 hours but the vibe was so good that they asked me to stay an extra 2. From new hip-hop to slow dance songs there was always a crowd on the dance floor. I am so thankful to be able to make couples’ special day truly what it is an out-of-this-world experience.
